【Navee N65i】A Unique Off-Road Experience

We live in a mountainous area where steep slopes and rough roads are the norm. The moment we saw this off-road electric scooter, we knew we had to try it – so we bought two! I waited to share my review until after testing it thoroughly, hoping to provide real insights.

The N65i’s build is rock-solid at 22.8kg, giving a reassuringly sturdy feel. Each scooter arrived with half a charge, and the charger is user-friendly with a moderate cable length. Controls are intuitive – one button for power, speed modes, and lights. The oversized tires offer a smoother, more comfortable ride than expected.

For our first ride, we tackled a forest trail full of roots and gravel. The N65i handled it like a champ! The tires gripped well even on muddy lakeside paths, with no slipping. Note: on slopes over 24%, the speed drops, and the dashboard shows a battery overheat warning (orange then red). Though it never shut down on us, this feature is a welcome safety reminder.

The lighting system is top-notch – auto-sensing front headlights, taillights, and red side strips make night rides much safer. No turn signals yet, but it’s still highly satisfying.

Speed and handling are solid too – my kid hit 29km/h, while I prefer 18-22km/h for control.

The only issue: one scooter charges slower than the other, possibly due to battery batch differences, but it doesn’t affect use. Still giving both five stars!
