Earlier today I was unable to unlock my scooter, as the app was only showing a loading screen.

I've re-enabled Bluetooth, restarted phone, same.

I've reinstalled the app and now I am unable to login at all into it, cannot get pass Graphical Verification screen, it's just a circle loading instead of the image. (I've attached a screenshot).

I've even reset my iPhone 14, but same issue persists via 5G or Wi-Fi.

I've tried a friend's Android phone and again the same issue. Came to the conclusion that the server where maybe they hold the captcha images might be faulty or down.

Don't know if it makes much difference, I do have a GT3 Max and live in Romania.

Such a pity that because of a small issue like this I'm unable to use the scooter at all.

Any solution of unlocking the scooter without the app?
